It's Monday, That's All

OK, two small things.

As I was out running around today, in the 80 degree heat wave (I am not kidding. It's 80 today and I am wearing a stupid holiday sweater) I happened to look into the rear view mirror and KA-POW, I see what I always see! GRAY HAIR!
Now that I am carrying my camera with me, which is a blessing and a curse, I pulled off the road and took this picture. THIS is a realistic version of my head. I kept it big so you can see that I am NOT exaggerating.

I must tell the truth, I broke down and tried to pull one, and got the wrong strand. A wrong, non-gray strand. So, I'm back to trying NOT to pull them. I swear. Really.

On a much happier note, this is what thew beach looked like this afternoon... not a creature in sight. I wish I had a chair in the car- I might have stayed there all day... in my stupid Christmas sweater.
