It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

For inquiring minds, here's a sampling of our Christmas antics and decorations!

Chip was a trooper and helped with EVERYTHING! He took care of the lights, wreaths, and bows outside... yes, and the seal. URGH. I have a feeling that there may be some horrible seal-related accident this year. Stay tuned for more as the story develops.

Today he lead the fight with the tree and the decorations. Aunt Mabel, and her keen eye, was able to help by pointing out all of our decorating faux-pas. Take note of our BE-U-TI-ful QVC pre-lit tree!

I know this is a smidge hard to see, but I'm still learning in the ins and outs of my new camera. We have candles in all of our windows. They are WHITE and DO NOT blink ;-) We have rope lights on the banister and along the front porch. This was one of the easier tasks, that is until one of the ropes decided to not work --and it was in the middle. Typical!

PS- My ALL TIME favorite Christmas Carole is The 12 Pains of Christmas. "When one light goes out, they ALL go out!" HA!

This is our front door & our front porch railing. The wreaths are really pretty. They are all-natural looking with pine cones and berries, twigs and a variety of different greens. Do you thing that I put that big-ass, red, cheesy, plastic bow on it? No I did not. (Can you taste the bitterness from where you are? I bet you can)

Here are Callie & Spud, watching us outside. I think that Riley was inside eating a ham sandwich.

If you've stopped by, and have enjoyed my misery, please feel free to leave a comment! I'm interested to see who is stopping by!

Bye for now!
