Your sphere of influence is comprised of all the people who help make you who you are; they are present and active.
One such member of my sphere is Carol.
This is a great picture and it fully illustrates our relationship. I say, “OMG! Car! Let’s get spray-on tattoos and I’ll take your picture and you can act like it really hurts!” and she says, “OK.” No second thoughts, just fun.
Carol is the uber-creative one. Don’t try to get her to do anything on time. It’s just not gonna’ happen. She loves to rearrange her furniture when her husband is out of town, knowing that he’ll protest as soon as he sees it. She has a free soul and is open to try new things. She has been sky diving for God’s sake! She loves to eat and hates to shop. She is my twin in many regards.
It is because of this that I know this next picture already has her cracking up. I bought these about a month ago, and haven’t been able to get them in the mail for one reason or another. I bought them for her, not because she needs them, but because they are bacon… and everything is better with bacon.
See, one of the many reasons that I love Carol is because she finds everything really, really funny. The more impractical it is, the better. I’m guessing that this could be a jack pot winner, so we’ll just have to wait and see. (check for a reply below)
My friend, Laurie would say, “Uh huh. It’s a band aid… that looks like bacon. That’s something. Yup, something.” She would think I fell off of my rocker and move on. No harm, no foul.
Susanne would say, “Oh GEESH! I mean, who would PAY for band aid that looks like bacon?! And really, who would even think to INVENT band aid bacon? It makes no sense!”
Anyway, Carol, this band aid bacon post is for you. I am glad that you are in my sphere of influence. You bring me unending laughter, support, and friendship. I heart you.

Thank you for the "homage" !? I think. I'm so glad to be friends with someone who is so sick and funny, that she MAKES me laugh at everything. Col is warped, and I can apprieciate that because I too have that quality. Maybe a little more, because I think she should check out the "flag" people and see what happens. Considerit a science experiment.
