I certainly do not, but this isn't about me... for a change :-)
Chip and I watch "So You Think You Can Dance" each week. I like to watch to see how the dancers perform crazy choreography and Chip watches to see if a boob will pop out unexpectantly. Every now and then there is an amazing performance.
This dance is about addiction. The male dancer is the drug and the female is the addict. This story, played out in dance, just blew me away. Kupono (from Hawaii) just throws Kayla around like she's a wet noodle. HOW DOES SHE DO THAT?
This is dark and creepy, and amazingly executed. There's even genius costuming: he's got the other half of her dress tied around his waist, like he owns half of her.
Even if you aren't a fan of contemporary dance, I think you'll enjoy this.

Thanks for posting the movie and the explanation. I found it fascinating
As a 14-year clean and sober recovering alcoholic/addict, I knew instantly what it was about. This dance, which I did not see live, is one of the most powerful performances I have ever witnessed and I am so grateful that you shared it.
