Spring is in the Air!

Can I just tell you how happy I am that Spring is here? There's something about feeling the sun and it's warmth... heaven.

Fun stuff first! Our master bathroom remodel is finally complete! Check out our new spa-licious shower!DSC_3450 I have to admit that I really, really do like it. It feels grown-up and spacious. Check with me in a week when there's soap gunk on the shower door and I may be changing my tune. The best part of the deal is that CHIP is happy. It was a LONG road, filled with drama after mistake after drama... and he managed to get through it with causing bodily harm. Good job, Chipper!

As of this week, I have seen my new chiropractor twice. I like him a lot, and I get to stay there about an hour each visit. This is a nice treat - nothing to do but lie there. First, I get my head pulled off. That feels great. Then I get my spine knocked on by some contraption, and then a massage, and then electrodes. I'm digging the whole thing. I have felt momentary spurts of relief, and that also makes me hap-hap-happy.

My Mom & Dad are coming for a visit in a few weeks. My God! Could I stand any more good things? It'll be great to see them, and Dad will be here for his birthday. I better get to work on that.

My MIL & FIL are coming back from MD tomorrow. They've been gone for almost 3 months. It'll be hard to get back into that routine. I was quick to do all of the yard work before Jewell had time to start "her list." It's bad enough that we got about 40 UPS deliveries from QVC last week, which included 6 sea grass plants, 1 strawberry pot with a zillion little plants, 2 blueberry bushes that grow about 8 feet tall, 2 rose bushes, 2 hibiscus, and three of some plant that I have already forgotten. Wait, they are hydrangeas. Anyway, mark my words -- I'm not taking care of them. I am not. No. No. I said, "NOOOOOOOOOOO!" (I probably am)

Spud is doing well on his new 10-unit insulin injections, as shown by the urine test we get to perform each week for a while. Yay for us.

Don't you want to trade with me?

Almoney- out.

A thin coat of lemon oil. That is what Holly would say and she was a professional house cleaner. You buy it in the supermarket where cleaners are. Good to hear you are feeling better!
